About My Treatments:
Welcome.... I am a qualified Sports/Holistic therapist. I also do waxing - Female Bikini and Male Hollywood waxing. My studio is home based in Pretoria East. I incorporate an overall holistic approach in a treatment. A treatment consists of a combination of Trigger Point release for tension knots, Deep Tissue massage for nerve and deep muscle tissue treatment as well as Swedish massage to relax muscles. Lactic acid build-up is released during a treatment when massaging the muscles to stimulate blood circulation, ridding the muscle of lactic acid build-up, speeding up muscle recovery. Patients/clients suffering from osteoarthritis typically respond well to deep tissue massage. I specialize in the treatment of: . Stress and or Tension "knots' in Shoulders and Neck. . Lower back stiffness and pain. . Sciatica Trigger point release. . Relaxing massage. . Hollywood waxing. |
