I will definitely be back. 2024-07-31: I occasionally wake up with debilitating tension headaches, brought about by muscle spasms in my neck, shoulder and back. Painkillers are not effective and dull the headache at best. I decided to make an appointment with Lisa again, having had the most relaxing massage from her last week. Lisa’s massage relieved all the tension and restored me back to a super relaxed and energized state. This massage was even better than last week’s. And best of all, my headache is gone.
