Leo 2024-10-21: Liné has the exceptional ability to calm a person and to feel relaxed. It was just so absolutely pleasant from start to finish. She is a wizard and intuitively just know how much pressure to apply. She is a gem and i hope she stays in Cape Town for many years. This was my third time and I’m already checking my diary for next week. She delivered an excellent, thorough, professional, healing massage after every tough day racing, as well as a warm up massage before each stage. It was the MTB race where I had the least muscle fatigue, cramps and soreness of all MTB stage races. Will definitely recommend her and for sure request her for the next MTB race.
