About My Treatments:
The holistic approach to massage therapy can touch an individuals whole being-physical, mental and emotional. A relaxation massage is a gentle and soothing massage that is designed to help you unwind and de-stress. It involves slow and rhythmic strokes, gentle kneading, and light pressure on the muscles. A “good” massage is one that loosens tight or tangled muscles and offers relief to painful and stiff areas in the body. Deep tissue massage is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas. All treatments are done in a secure, private and air conditioned space. Off street parking.
